These terms cover your use of this website and the 1-on-1 AI program for high schoolers that I run. "I", "me" and "my" mean Shreshth Srivastava. "You" means the parent or guardian using the site or signing their child up. By using this site or joining the program, you agree to these terms.
Who can sign up
The program is for high school students, but a parent or legal guardian who is 18 or older must sign up and pay. You agree to these terms for yourself and on behalf of your child, and you're responsible for making sure your child follows them.
The program
The program is a set of 1-on-1 sessions where I teach your child how to build software with AI. Before you pay, I'll confirm the price, the number of sessions and the schedule with you. The examples and results on this site show what students have done, but every student is different, and I can't promise any specific result, project, grade or admission outcome.
Payment and refunds
Payment is due before the first session unless we agree otherwise. If at any point you aren't satisfied, just tell me and I'll give you a full refund.
Scheduling
If you need to move a session, just let me know and we'll find a new time. If I need to cancel, I'll reschedule it at no cost to you.
AI tools and other services
Your child may use outside tools during the program, such as AI chatbots, coding tools and website hosts. Those tools have their own terms, privacy policies and age rules, and some may need a parent's permission or a parent's account. You're responsible for any accounts you or your child create, and for any costs from those tools. I'm not responsible for how those outside services work or what they do with your data.
Who owns what
Your child owns the projects they build in the program. I own my lesson materials, videos, articles and this website. You can use them for your child's learning, but please don't copy, sell or share them publicly without asking me first.
Using this website
Please don't misuse the site, for example by sending spam or fake information through the forms, trying to break or overload the site, or copying it. The site is provided "as is", and I can change or remove any part of it at any time.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The program is educational. To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using this site or the program, and my total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the program. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Privacy
How I handle your information is explained in my Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If there's ever a problem, please email me first; most things can be worked out quickly.
Changes to these terms
If I change these terms, I'll update them here and change the date at the top.
