This policy explains what information I collect on this website, how I use it, and the choices you have. "I", "me" and "my" mean Shreshth Srivastava, who runs this site and the 1-on-1 AI program for high schoolers. "You" means the person visiting the site, usually a parent.

Information you give me

When you fill out a form on this site, I collect what you type in, such as:

• Your first name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address
• Your answers to the questions on the form (for example, why AI matters to you, when you'd like to start, and whether the price fits your budget)
• Anything you tell me later by text, phone or email, such as your child's first name, age or interests

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar tools that collect:

• Your device and browser type, IP address and rough location (city or region)
• The pages you visit, the buttons you tap, how far you scroll, and the ad or link that brought you here
• Recordings of how the page was used (mouse movements, taps and scrolling), which help me find parts of the page that are confusing or broken. Form fields like your phone number are hidden or masked where these tools allow it.

How I use your information

• To call or text you about the program, answer your questions, and schedule and remind you about calls or sessions
• To run, fix and improve this website
• To measure which ads work, and to show ads to people who might be interested
• To keep records, prevent spam and abuse, and follow the law

Calls and text messages

If you give me your phone number and check the consent box, you agree that I may call or text you about the program. How often I message depends on our conversation. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to calls or texts is not required to buy anything.

I do not sell, rent or share your phone number or your text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing. Phone numbers are only shared with the service providers that help me send messages and reminders.

Who I share information with

I do not sell your personal information for money. I share it only with:

• Service providers that help me run the site and my business, such as website hosting (Netlify), analytics (PostHog and Amplitude), email and notification tools, my contact list, and appointment reminder tools. They may only use it to provide their service to me.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. This tells Meta when someone visits the site or fills out a form, so I can see which ads work. Some details, like your name or email, are scrambled (hashed) before they are sent.
• The law: if I'm required to by law, or to protect someone's safety or my rights.

Because Meta uses this information for advertising, some state laws may call this "sharing" for targeted ads. You can opt out as described below.

Your choices

• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
• Ads: you can change how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or at optout.aboutads.info.
• Your information: you can ask me to show you, fix, or delete the information I have about you, or to stop using it for ads, by emailing shreshthsrivastava2@gmail.com. I won't treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is meant for parents and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them through this site. If you think a child under 13 has sent me information, email me and I'll delete it. Information a parent shares with me about their child is used only to plan and run the program.

How long I keep information

I keep your information for as long as I need it to talk with you, run the program, and keep normal business records, and then delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner.

Security

I use trusted service providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or app is perfectly secure.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
